These instructions are for users who access VoiceOps directly through https://app.voiceops.com.  If your company uses SSO (Single Sign On), you can access VoiceOps through your company identity portal using the password you use for all of your company applications.

Any first-time user can set up their password by visiting app.voiceops.com

Please note that your new password must:

  • Be 12 or more characters
  • Contain at least one digit
  • Contain at least one upper-case letter
  • Contain at least one punctuation mark or symbol.


Steps to set up your password when you are a first-time user in VoiceOps

  1. Visit app.voiceops.com.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. If you are a first-time user, an invitation email will be sent to the email address that you entered.
  4. Check your email for a message:
    From: VoiceOps <no-reply@voiceops.com>
    Subject: Welcome to VoiceOps! Set Your Password - DATE 

  5. Click the link within the email to set up a password for your account.
