You receive email notifications when you and your team members interact with VoiceOps.  Some examples of the emails VoiceOps sends are:

  • Welcome to VoiceOps
  • Password reset notifications
  • Comments or replies to comments on calls
  • Coaching forms
  • Responses to feedback

If you do not receive these emails:

  • Search your email for messages From: no-reply@voiceops.com.
  • Add no-reply@voiceops.com to your contact list.
  • Check your email filters or spam folders.
  • See if your company employs an email quarantine where they hold email from unknown senders.
  • Request that your IT department add voiceops.com and no-reply@voiceops.com to the list of allowed senders.
  • Request that your IT department configure Proofpoint (an anti-spam and phishing product) to not click on unsubscribe addresses.

If you have taken all these steps and still do not receive email notifications from VoiceOps, contact support@voiceops.com with the affected email addresses.  In some cases, an antispam system clicks on the "unsubscribe" link required in these notifications, preventing the sender from receiving system emails.  When this occurs, VoiceOps can manually reset your email address.
