How to leave feedback if there is something wrong with a call in VoiceOps


Steps to leave feedback and flag a call

  1. When viewing a call click the flag button. Doing this will open the VoiceOps Feedback modal.
  2. Write your feedback.
  3. Click the "Leave Feedback" button.


Coaches and managers can leave feedback.  Reps can contact their coach with issues, who can then communicate them using feedback.
