The coach summary section allows the viewer to move a level up and evaluate how productive their coaches are. All individuals who are designated as “Active Coach” are displayed in this mode report and have statistics calculated for them. The filter “COACH_NAME” on the right-hand side bar will allow you to filter any of the reports in the coach summary section to see only the information for a chosen few coach or coaches.


Coaching Stats by Coach 

This table allows you to track coach activity and ensure that your coaches are hitting their coaching targets for a given time period. We report on a couple key metrics here:

  1. The number of calls coached by a given coach (“num_calls_coached”) 

  2. The number of reps coached by a given coach (“reps_coached”)

  3. The number of reps who replied to the coaching they received from a given coach (“reps_replied”)

  4. The number of comment threads they received (“num_comment_threads”)

  5. The number of forms they had completed (“total_forms_completed”)



Number of Reps Coached by Manager and Reply Status

This table visualizes the data from the previous table and can help you quickly understand how effective your coaches are at engaging the reps they coach. It displays the total number of reps coached by a manager and breaks it down into three statuses: “no_reps_replied” if none of the reps coached on replied to the coaching they received, “reps_replied” if the rep replied to at least one of the coaching items they received, and “reps_coached_form_only” which shows that a rep was coached but since they were only coached using a form they were unable to respond in-platform.


All Manager - Rep Coaching Interactions 

This table allows you to dive down a level deeper and see for a given coach, which were the reps that they specifically coached on. You can also use the team filter on this table to see which coaches were coaching on a given team.
