You can look at this report to quickly see the coaching status of the reps on a given team. You can use this report to quickly judge which of your teams are getting the most/least coaching coverage and which of your teams has reps who are very engaged with their coaching or who need to be more actively engaged.
Reps are classified as:
- Coaching_and_reply: The rep received coaching and replied to it in the VoiceOps platform. See appendix for more detailed calculation information.
- Coaching_no_reply: The rep received coaching, but didn’t reply to it in the VoiceOps platform.
- No_coaching: The rep received no coaching.
