Similar statements is one of the first of several planned innovations that will help you discover key moments in calls so that you can understand what qualitatively improves or detracts from your conversations with customers.
Similar statements is in limited release. If you do not see similar statements, please contact your client success manager or support@voiceops.com.
What are similar statements
When you’ve found a coachable moment in the call transcript for a rep, VoiceOps can show similar statements made by that rep so that you can see whether this moment is an anomaly, or part of a larger pattern.
Who can see similar statements
Similar statements are available to coaches on call transcripts.
Viewing similar statements
To view similar statements:
Go to a call transcript.
Mouse over a call statement of interest made by the rep.
Toggle Show similar statements.
Similar call statements made by the rep will appear to the right of the transcript. Up to twenty similar statements will be shown, from most to least confidence in the statement’s similarity.
The number of bars displayed indicates our level of confidence in the similarity of the statement.
To view the similar statement in the context of the call transcript, click View Call.
The call will open in a new browser tab.
How similar are the call statements?
When you select a call statement, VoiceOps shows up to twenty call statements, from most to least confidence in the statement’s similarity.
