Coaching Page Overview

The Coaching page shows recent coaching activities for the reps on your team. Use the Coaching page to:

See what coaching your reps have received from you and other coaches for the chosen time range and team.
Review completed forms, comment threads and reply requests for each rep.
Evaluate the status of reply requests, and identify who has replied to comments--and who hasn’t.
Understand how your reps are being coached, and how frequently--both from you, and from other coaches.
Determine your next coaching actions.
Coordinate your coaching strategy for a given rep across the organization.

Viewing the Coaching Page

The Coaching page shows coaching activities by rep for the team you are viewing. The reps are displayed alphabetically by first name.

To view the Coaching page for a different team, click Change Team from the sidebar and select the team you want to view.

Coaching activities are listed for each rep for the date range selected. By default, the Coaching page shows activities from last two weeks. Click the date to select a different date range.

You can use the Coaching page buttons and links to go directly to calls, comments, and forms.

Using the Coaching Page

You can view calls, comments and forms organized by rep.

A call that received coaching, followed by the date when the rep made the call. The call date is a link to the call transcript.

Start a coaching form for the rep

Comments

Comments are grouped by the call they occurred on, and listed by the date when the initial comment was made. Replies to comments are grouped into comment threads.
