How to view seat usage in Roster Management
The panel at the top tells you the number of seat licenses purchased in your contract “Seats Available” and the number of seat licenses that are currently being used “Seats in Use”.
A seat license is counted as being in use if the role is “Rep” and the Status column says “Active.”
