Please note that the "Customer Admin" role is required to access Roster Management. 

If you want a user to be granted the role of “Customer Admin” please reach out to support@voiceops.com.


  1. Click on the VoiceOps icon in the upper left corner of your screen 
  2. A drop-down menu will show for all users with the “Customer Admin” role a button that will take you to the roster management page
  3. You can also navigate directly to this weblink: https://app.voiceops.com/v/roster-management
